Our Role in Preserving the Environment

At Glanbia Foods, we are committed to creating sustainable growth in the environment and communities in which we operate. Our goal is to manage our business in an environmentally responsible manner that will positively contribute to the protection and preservation of the environment and surrounding natural resources. We are working to reduce waste discharges to land, air and water, while developing new techniques for recycling and reusing raw materials.

One of Glanbia Foods' main investments has been in our own wastewater treatment and water net generator facility. Southern Idaho often suffers from drought conditions, and we have recognized this issue with a state-of-the-art facility that cleans and purifies by-products from our plants. Glanbia Foods follows all environmental standard regulations and is working to generate more solutions that will have a positive impact on the environment.
