All data presented on the Patron Information Web site is subject to change without notice. No tests, pounds or averages are final until paid at the end of each pay period. Data presented here is continually updated but may be up to 24 hours old. Questions concerning this data or other matters should be directed to our Glanbia Foods' Field Representatives.

Please use this form to request access to the new Patron Information section of Glanbia Foods' Web site. Glanbia Patrons can request access for themselves and others such as: Business Partners, Chemical Suppliers, or their Nutritionists/Veterinarians. Only lab information is available to Nutritionists/Vets or Chemical Suppliers. Please complete this form for each individual that requires access to your dairy information.

All requests must be approved by Glanbia Foods, Inc. prior to granting access permission to any secured Web site features. Only Dairy Patrons actively engaged in business with Glanbia Foods, Inc., or approved Dairy Patron Business Partners will be authorized to have access to the Patron Information System. Access to the system can be terminated at any time at the discretion of Glanbia Foods, Inc.

The User Name can be any combination of letters and numbers to uniquely identify this person in our computer system (10 characters maximum length). Example: If the request is for John Doe, the Login User Name could be: JOHNDOE or JDOE5, or some combination using your Patron Number. Choose something easy to remember.

Can be any combination of letters and numbers (max length: 10). You will be required to enter both, your User Name and Password to log into the system. Your password helps keep your information safe from others. Keep it secure.
